3. 8/22 Markets and Welfare: market efficiency, tax; The Public Sector: externalities, public goods
(Chapter 7- 8, 10-11)
4. 8/23 Organization of Industry: Cost of productions, firm behavior (Chapter 13-17)
5. 8/24 Application of International Trade; Labor Market; Review (Chapter 9, 18)
Topics in chapter 12 and 19-22 will not be covered due to time constraint.
