“잉글리쉬 라운지”는 주한미국대사관 아메리칸센터의 시리즈 프로그램으로 미국인 연사가 진행을 맡아 영어로 강연 후 질의 응답하는 시간이 주어지며 매번 미국 사회/문화에 대한 다양한 주제를 다룹니다.
영어회화 및 미국문화에 관심있는 대학생/대학원생 분들의 많은 참여 및 홍보를 부탁드립니다.

We take a look at the history of the most highly regarded position in government and the ways the office of the presidency has evolved in modern times.

“The 2020 Presidential Elections”
The United States is deep in the midst of perhaps its most contentious and politically divided election year. The 2020 race thus far has been a radical departure from the norm with hostile battles over Supreme Court appointments, a widely criticized candidates' debate, and the complications of an ongoing pandemic hampering activities on all sides. The issues at stake are both critical and complex. In this session,we tackle discussion of the year's presidential election to understand it all.
