본교 입학전 타교대학원 취득학점 인정 신청안내
Application for earned from other graduate school prior to admission
1. 인정원칙 Principle of recognition
○ 인정학점 Recognized credit:
타교 대학원 동일학위과정에서 취득한 동일 학과/전공 교과목 학점
(The earned credits from other graduate school (not SNU) prior to Admission)
○ 학점 인정의 범위 Range of credit recognition
- 석사과정 Master’s program: 6학점 이내 within 6 credits
- 박사과정 Doctoral program: 9학점 이내 within 9 credits
○ 학점인정 성적기준 Standard grade for Credit Recognition: 10년 이내에 이수한 동일, 유사교과목에 한하여 성적 B0 이상인 학점 acquired credits within 10 years, grade above B0
* 개별 교과목의 이수연도 및 학기를 기준으로 함
2. 학점인정절차및처리 Procedure of Credit Recognition
- 지도교수의 추천 및 학과(부)장의 확인을 받은 후 소속 대학원학사위원회의 심의를 거쳐 총장이 승인
Approval of SNU president after recommendation from Academic advisor, confirmation of Dean, and assess of academic affairs committee of graduate school.
- 학점을 인정받은 교과목이 있을 경우에는 수학 대학원과 교과목명, 학점 및 성적을 그대로 학적부에 등재하되, 성적은 평점 평균 산정에 반영하지 않음
If the courses are granted for credit recognition, the name of the graduate school and course name, credits and grades will be written on the school register, however, the grade would not be counted for GPA (Grade Percentage Average).
- 타교 대학원에서 이수한 교과목의 학점을 인정받은 경우, 소속 학과(부)장은 본교에서 명칭이 동일하거나 내용이 유사한 교과목을 다시 수강하지 못하도록 조치할 수 있음
In case you are granted for Credit Recognition, you may not be allowed to take courses with identical name or similar contents courses.
3. 신청기간 (application period) : 2023. 10. 6.까지 (until OCT 6, 2023)
4. 제출처 (submission to) : send to the email address(hij79@snu.ac.kr) or visit GSIS admin office
5. 제출서류 (required documents) :
1) 입학전 타교 대학원 취득학점 인정 신청서(Application of Credit Recognition earned from other graduate school prior to admission)
2) 입학전 타교 대학원 취득학점 인정표 (Credit Recognition earned from other graduate school prior to admission)
3) 성적증명서 (official trascript from other graduate school)
