The 2013 Spring Commencement Ceremony for Masters in International Studies and Masters in International Development Policy was held on February 26, 2013. In the commencement address, Dean Hwy-Chang Moon spoke to the students about the importance of internationalization in strengthening national competitiveness. Ms. Bee Yun Jo (‘11 Int’l Cooperation) then delivered the valedictorian speech on behalf of the student body. The ceremony was a celebration for all students and their family and friends of their endeavor and achievements at GSIS.
