Ikujiro NONAKA, Professor Emeritus of the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy at Hitotsubashi University, Japan
The 'Asia and the World' Public Lecture, sponsored by Toyota Motor Korea, was held on September 10th at Sochon Convention Hall, GSIS. Prof. Nonaka, Professor Emeritus of the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy at Hitotsubashi University, gave students a lecture about 'Strategizing Knowledge Creation: Communication Theory of Sustainable Innovation.' He addressed the issue of sustainable innovation from Peter Drucker's knowldege-based view. He then discussed the qualities of a wise leader in building a community of sustainable innovation.
