The 4th inter GSIS Academic Quiz Competition took place on June 2nd at Seoul National University
GSIS. A total of 48 students from Seoul National University, Yonsei University, Korea University
participated in the quiz, with universities being represented by 3 teams.
The quiz questions consisted of a wide variety of topics including Current Events, History, Sports,
Economics and Arts.“Smile” team from Seoul National University won the first prize represented by
Jee hye Kim (Area Studies), Irene margaret (Commerce), Joon wook Hwang (Area Studies),
and Se eun Park (Area Studies).
“Phoenix” team from Seoul National University won the second prize represented by
Hoo sun Park (Area Studies), Le Thu Huong(Commerce), Soyun Park (Cooperation) and
Muhammad Awais Abbasi (MIDP).
“Trivial Alliance” team from Seoul National University won the third prize represented by
Taylor Bradley (Cooperation), Max Nurnus (Cooperation), Christophe Bonneau (Area Studies)
and Sylvain Remy (Doctorate).
The competition ended with all GSIS teams receiving the prize money and trophy.
SNU GSIS won fourth consecutive victories. SNU had the most points for combined university scores.
