The Distinguished Lecture titled "International Adjudication: Roles and Challenges" was held
on May 22nd at Sochon Convention Hall. Vice President Albert J. Hoffman,
Judge James L.Kateka, Judge Vladimir Vladimirovich Golitsyn and Judge Tullio Treves,
from International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) were invited as guest speakers.
They explained the role of ITLOS in international arena and gave insights on iternational
disputes. After the lecture, Q&A session took place where many students raised interesting
questions ranging from human rights to China-Philippines South China Sea dispute.
