CAMPUS Asia Workshop with UT

The 1st CAMPUS Asia Workshop with the University of Tokyo(UT) was held on March 9 at GL-Room, GSIS.  

A total of 17 students, professors, and staff members from UT and 20 students and professors from GSIS
participated in the event.

During the program, Professor Scott Valentine from the University of Tokyo spoke to the participants
about Bolstering Human Capital for Regional Cooperation.
Professor Woo-sik Moon from GSIS
raised the question of How to address Regional Integration in East Asia.

After the discussion, participants moved to the SNU Faculty House where they were treated to a friendly
dinner.

The UT-GSIS workshop served as an opportunity to activate the recently launched CAMPUS Asia project
and raise awareness among students from both universities.  

The UT delegation subsequently took off for Beijing to participate in the CAMPUS Asia Workshop with
Peking University, scheduled for March 11.
