Professor Kishore Gwande, the Chair of Economics and Government
at Bush School of Government, Texas A&M University held a special lecture
titled "Big Crisis, Little Protectionism" on March 14th, 2011.
The lecture centered around the differences of reaction towards the crisis of 1930
(the Great Depression) and the financial crisis of 2008, in terms of protectionism.
