Rupender 변호사는 간접세, 반덤핑 관세를 포함한 국제 무역 구제, 세이프가드 관세 및 카운터 베일링 관세 등을 전문으로 하며 복잡한 다국적 무역 조사 및 분쟁을 처리한 풍부한 경험을 가지고 있습니다. 그는 반덤핑 사무총장, 항소 재판소, 고등 법원 및 인도 대법원에서 국내 산업, 수출업자, 수입업자 및 최종 사용자 협회를 자문하고 대변했습니다.
Mr. Rupender specializes in indirect taxation, international trade remedies including antidumping duties, safeguard duties and counter veiling duties etc. and has vast experience in dealing with complex multi-national trade investigations & disputes. He has advised and represented domestic industry, exporters, importers and end-user associations before the Director General of Anti-dumping (DG Trade Remedies), Appellate Tribunals, High Courts and Supreme Court of India.
