2024학년도 2학기 복적 및 재입학 Petition for Reinstatement/Readmission of Fall 2024

1. 대상

* 복적 : 휴학학기초과 및 미등록 제적 후 1년이 경과되지 않은 사람(2023.2학기 또는 2024.1학기 중에 제적된 사람)

* 재입학

- 자퇴한 사람

- 휴학학기초과 및 미등록 제적 후 1년이 경과된 사람

- 학사 및 유급 제적 후 1년이 경과된 사람

※ 재학연한초과·징계제명·학사제명·유급제명된 사람은 복적 및 재입학 불가

 

2. 제출기간 및 신청기간

첨부파일 작성하여서 국제대학원 행정실 제출 - 지도교수님과 학과장(조영남 교수님) 승인 필수

* 신청서 제출기간

- 1차: 2024. 6. 17.(월) ～ 2024. 6. 24.(월)

- 2차: 2024. 7. 3.(수) ～ 2024. 7. 12.(금)

- 허가일 (예정) :

- 1차 2024.7.1.(월)

- 2차 2024.7.19.(금)

※ 복적 및 재입학 2차 허가일(2024.07.19(금)) 이후에는 복적 및 재입학을 신청할 수 없음.

 

3. 등록

* 기간 : 2024. 8. 26.(월) ~ 8. 30.(금)

※ 복적 및 재입학을 허가받은 학생은 상기 등록기간 중에 반드시 등록하여야 함

- 기간 내 등록하지 않을 경우 복적 및 재입학 포기원서를 공문으로 제출하여야 함

※2024학년도 2학기에 휴학하고자 하는 학생은 상기 등록기간 중에 등록을 마친 후 2024. 9. 1.(일)부터 휴학을 신청할 수 있음

 

* 복적 및 재입학은 각각 1회만 허용하므로 과거 복적 및 재입학 여부 확인 필수

* 복적 및 재입학한 학생이 이미 이수한 성적과 학적에 관한 사항은 통산함(다른 학과/전공으로 재입학/복적 불가)

* 복적 및 재입학을 신청 사람이 재학연한 중 잔여학기 내에 졸업요건을 충족할 수 있는지 반드시 확인 필요

 

지도교수를 모르거나 지도교수님이 더 이상 국제대학원에 안 계시는 경우: 전공주임 교수 승인으로 대체

 

 

[Petition for Reinstatement/ Readmission]

1. Target

* Reinstatement:

You fall into this category if you were dismissed due to not registering without taking a leave of absence. Reinstatement must take place within one year of your dismissal (those who have been dismissed during the 2023.2 semester or 2024.1 semester)

* Readmission

You fall into this category if you were either expelled or dismissed from the school for reasons other than not registering.
- one who has dropped out of school
- one who has passed one year after the school leave of absence or unregistered expulsion
- one who has passed one year after his/her expulsion
※  If a student was removed from the school register because of disciplinary measures, exceeding the maximum number of terms in the school or expulsion, he/she does not qualify for readmission.

 

2. Application Submission Period :

Submit document(attached file) to the GSIS Admin Office

Application Period:

First round: June 17(Mon) ~ June 24(Mon), 2024

Second round: July 3(Wed) ~ July 12 (Fri), 2024

- Date of permission (expected):

- First round: July 1(Mon)

- Second round: July 19(Fri)

※ You cannot apply for reinstatement and readmission after the second round of permission (2024.07.19. (Fri))

Submit the document (Petition for Reinstatement and Readmission) to the GSIS Administration Office - Must have approval of your advisor and Chair of Department (Prof. Cho Young Nam)

- Readmission is allowed only once.

 

3. Registration Period: August 19(Mon) ~ August 23 (Fri), 2024

※ A student who has been permitted to be reinstated or readmissioned must register during the above registration period

- If the registration is not made within the period, the application for reinstatement and readmission waiver must be submitted

※ Student who wishes to take a leave of absence for the second semester of 2024 may apply for a leave of absence from September 1, 2024 (Sun) after completing registration during the above registration period

 

If you do not know your Advisory Professor of your Advisory Professor is no longer a GSIS Professor, get approval from the Program Chair Professor
