2023 Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program

The Northeast Asia Economic Forum (NEAEF) is pleased to announce the 16th Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program (ELP).  

 

In cooperation with the University of Hawaii at Manoa College of Social Sciences, the ELP will be held from July 31 to August 14, 2023, in Honolulu, Hawaii. 

 

The fellowship program aims to bring together emerging leaders and professionals from the Northeast Asia region, Pacific Island nations, the United States, and Canada for collaborative projects, field experiences, and open dialogues regarding critical topics related to the ELP Program themes. 

The 2023 program theme is "Strengthening Bridges: Regenerative Innovation for Smart Futures."  

 

ELP is a fellowship program open to scholars, professionals, policymakers, researchers, and other early-career individuals from the People's Republic of China, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, the Russian Federation, Chinese Taipei, Pacific Island nations, the United States, and Canada, who can demonstrate potential leadership capabilities and expertise in NEAEF topics and NEAEF geographic regions.
