(Updated 3/15)Information for Qualifying Exam, Spring Semester of 2023 (time table etc.)

 

2. Matters to be attended to

A. You must possess the following when you enter the test room.

* Admission ticket for the exam

 Print out “Exam Number”

- On March 15(Wed), Student needs to print out “Exam Number” before Exam.

(If you have problems printing the Exam Number, please contact to the administration office 880-8509)

- mySNU website (https://my.snu.ac.kr) -> log in -> Graduation -> Apply for Graduation -> Application -> Exam Number Print

* Student Card or Social Security Card (Driver's License)

* Ball-point Pens or Fountain Pens with (dark) blue or black color (No Pencils or Automatic Pencils are allowed)

 

B. You must be seated and wait for 5 minutes before each exam begins.

 

C. You must fill in answer sheets with (dark)blue- or black-colored Ball-point Pens or Fountain Pens.

 

D. You can use dictionaries (no electronic dictionary) during the Second Foreign Language exam. 

(No Borrowing from other students will be allowed during test.)

But, You can't use any dictionary during Korean and Japanese Language exam.

 

E. You must turn in Question sheets along with answer sheets after writing your name and number on it.

 

F. You must follow directions given by a proctor in the test room.

 

G. In case of performing irregular practices(cheating), you will be ordered to leave the test room immediately and the correspondent subject will yield no results.

 

1) Filling in an answer sheet before opening or after closing declaration of the exam.

2) Seeing other students' answer sheets or showing yours to other students.

3) Making a conversation or sending a signal to other students.

4) Seeing materials relevant to the exam or showing them to other students.

5) Taking the exam by proxy or performing any kind of irregular practices applicable to cheating under a proctor's judgment.

 

H. Marking any kind of indications below the space for your name and number, which may show your identity, will be regarded as an irregular practice so that the correspondent subject will yield no result.

 

I. You will not be allowed to leave the test room before 30 minutes passes by even if you complete your answer sheets.

 

2. 유의사항

가. 반드시 다음 물건을 지참하고 고사실에 입실하여야 함.

*수험표 출력: 2023.3.15.(수)

포털사이트 접속(https://my.snu.ac.kr) ->로그인->졸업->졸업시험신청->수험표 출력

(수험표 출력에 문제가 있을 경우 행정실로 연락 880-8509)

 

*학생증 또는 주민등록증(운전면허증)

*청.남.흑색의 볼펜 또는 만년필(연필 or 샤프펜슬 사용금지)

 

나. 매교시 시작 5분전까지 지정된 좌석에 앉아서 대기하여야 함.

 

다. 답안은 청.남.흑색의 볼펜 또는 만년필로 작성하여야 함.

 

라. 한국어,일본어를 제외한 제2외국어 시간에는 사전을 이용할 수 있으나 타 수험생의 사전을 빌려 볼 수없음.

(전자사전은 사용불가)

 

마. 문제지는 답안지와 함께 수험번호, 성명을 기재한 후 반드시 제출하여야 함.

 

바. 고사실에서는 반드시 감독의 지시에 따라야 하며, 부정행위 시에는 즉시 퇴장함과 동시에 그 과목은 무효로 처리함.

<부정행위 유형>

1) 시험개시 선언 전 또는 종료 후에 답안을 작성하는 행위

2) 타 수험생의 답안을 보거나 타 수험생에게 답안을 보여주는 행위

3) 타 수험생과 대화를 하거나 또는 신호를 하는 행위

4) 답안작성에 도움이 되는 자료 등을 보거나 보여주는 행위

5) 대리수험 및 기타 감독이 부정행위로 판단한 행위

 

사. 답안지의 수험번호 및 성명 기재란 아래 어느 곳에라도 신분을 노출시킬 수 있는 표기를 한 행위는 부정행위로

간주하여 그 과목은 무효로 처리함.

 

아. 답안작성을 끝낸 경우라도 시험개시 후 30분 이전에는 퇴장할 수 없음. 끝.
