[Petition for Reinstatement/ Readmission ]
1) Application Submission Period : Dec 19 ~ Dec 30 2022
2) Procedure: Submit the document (Petition for Reinstatement and Readmission) to the GSIS Administration Office
3) Reinstatement (School regulations Chapter 59)
- If a student is dismissed due to failure of registration, he/she can be reinstated within one year only when the department has extra space. Reinstatement is permitted only once throughout a student's enrollment.
4) Readmission (School Regulations Chapter 60)
- If a student was either expelled or dismissed from the school for reasons other than not registering, he/she is permitted to re-register only if the department he/she wishes to enter has extra space.
- If a student was removed from the school register because of disciplinary measures, exceeding the maximum number of terms in the school or expulsion, he/she does not qualify for readmission.
- Readmission is allowed only once.
5) Registration Period: Feb 20 ~ Feb 24, 2023
2023학년도 1학기 복적 및 재입학 업무처리 안내
1. 대상
* 복적 : 휴학학기초과 및 미등록 제적 후 1년이 경과되지 않은 사람(2022.1학기~2022.2학기 중에 제적된 사람)
* 재입학
- 자퇴한 사람
- 휴학학기초과 및 미등록 제적 후 1년이 경과된 사람
- 학사 및 유급 제적 후 1년이 경과된 사람
※ 재학연한초과·징계제명·학사제명·유급제명된 사람은 복적 및 재입학 불가
2. 제출기간 및 신청기간
* 신청서 제출기간
- 2022. 12. 19.(월) ～ 2022. 12. 30.(금)
※ 복적 및 재입학 허가일(2023. 1. 20.(금)) 이후에는 복적 및 재입학을 신청할 수 없음.
3. 등록
* 기간 : 2023. 2. 20.(월) ~ 2. 24.(금)
※허가 받은 자는 상기 등록기간 중에 반드시 등록 하여야 하며, 등록하지 않을 경우 복적 및 재입학 포기원서를 제출해야 함.
4. 유의사항
* 복적 및 재입학은 각각 1회만 허용하므로 과거 복적 및 재입학 여부 확인 필수
* 복적 및 재입학한 학생이 이미 이수한 성적과 학적에 관한 사항은 통산함(다른 학과/전공으로 재입학/복적 불가)
* 복적 및 재입학을 신청 사람이 재학연한 중 잔여학기 내에 졸업요건을 충족할 수 있는지 반드시 확인 필요
