[Scholarship Application for Fall 2022]
1. Who can apply
1) Those who will be enrolled for Fall 2022
2) Those who will return for Fall 2022
2. Period: May. 30 (Mon.) ~ Jun. 17 (Fri.)
3. How to apply
- Log in to the SNU Portal (http://my.snu.ac.kr) -> Academic affairs -> Scholarships -> Apply/See status -> Apply for Scholarship -> Select a Scholarship among Available Student Services/Activities -> Fill out the form -> Apply -> Advisor's Online Approval (※ The advisor's approval will be done automatically online. You do NOT have to submit the paper application form. You can consult your advisor if necessary.)
※ Advisors can be checked on mySNU
4. Submission of reference documents (if applicable)
Those who want to submit reference documents about family finance difficulties, submit them to the GSIS administration office (140-1, #301). Then they will be referred.
- Official original document indicating parent-child relationship between the applicant and parents
- Official original document of annual income for 2021 of both parents and tha applicant(if married, both spouse and the applicant)
※ Official original documents for proof of fact if there is no income
※ Should be notarized in Korean or English if the original is in other languages
※ All documents should be issued within the last 6 months
※ Applicants who submitted the documents for Spring 2022 have to re-submit.
5. Note
1) Those who have taken 9 credits or more (except Dissertation Research) and have received a GPA of 3.3 or higher (3.0 or higher for international students) at the previous semester are eligible to receive a scholarship.
2) Those who don't apply for this scholarship are not eligible to receive all scholarships except GS.
3) Scholarship might be cancelled if the submitted documents are proven to be inaccurate.
※ Although the application period is before grades for this semester are calculated, you can apply for scholarships.
※ The reason for application have to be written in the online scholarship application form
6. Result Announcement : at the end of August, 2022
※ Only finally selected candidates will be notified individually by email.
[2022학년도 1학기 장학금 신청 안내]
1. 신청대상
1) 장학금을 받고자 하는 재학생
2) 휴학생 중 직전 학기 미등록자로서 2022학년도 1학기 복학예정자
2. 신청 및 소득 증빙서류 제출기간: 2022. 5. 30.(월) ~ 6. 17.(금)
3. 신청방법
- 포털 마이스누(http://my.snu.ac.kr) 접속-> 학사정보 -> 장학 -> 신청/현황 -> 장학신청 -> 신청가능 목록에서 해당 장학금 선택 -> 신청서 작성 후 신청버튼 클릭 -> 지도교수 온라인 승인 (※ 지도교수 승인 절차가 온라인으로 이루어지며, 장학금 신청 후 별도 요청없이 승인될 예정임. 즉, 종이 신청서에 서명 받아 행정실로 제출하지 않아도 됨. 만일 필요한 경우 개별적으로 지도교수에게 면담 요청 가능)
※ 지도교수는 마이스누 상 확인 가능
4. 가계곤란자 소득 증빙서류 제출 (해당자에 한함)
- 서류 제출 여부는 선택사항이며 제출된 경우 장학생 선정자료로 활용됨

1. 가족관계증명서
2. 합산대상자*의 2021년도** 소득금액증명원 (소득이 없는 경우 사실증명원)
* 합산대상자: 본인+부모(미혼), 본인+배우자(기혼)
** 2022년 1학기 장학금 신청 당시 제출자도 다시 제출해야 함.
3. 기초생활수급자증명서(해당자)
4. 차상위계층증명서(해당자)
※ 소득관련 증빙을 제출하지 않는 경우 가족관계증명서 또한 제출할 필요 없음
※ 모든 서류는 최근 6개월 이내에 발급받은 것이어야 함
※ 영어, 한국어 이외의 언어로 발급된 문서는 영어 또는 한국어로 번역한 후 공증을 받아야 함
5. 유의사항
1) 장학생 선정을 위해서는 직전 학기 취득학점이 9학점 이상(대학원 논문연구 제외)이어야 하며, 평균평점이 3.3 (외국인은 3.0) 이상이어야 함
2) 장학금 신청을 하지 않은 학생은 모든 장학금 선정 대상에서 제외됨(단, GS는 별도 신청이므로 예외)
3) 제출내용에 사실과 다른 점이 발견될 경우 장학생 선정 이후라도 선정 및 장학금 지급이 취소될 수 있음
※ 신청기간이 이번 학기 성적이 산출되기 전이지만 장학금 신청 가능
※ 장학금 신청서에 신청 사유 필수 작성
6. 결과 발표: 2022년 8월 말 (선정자에게만 이메일로 개별통지 예정)
