[MA] Presentation Schedule for Thesis Examination (Defense), Fall of 2021]
*Master students for thesis proposal and doctoral students have to decide the schedule for their presentation with committee members and need to submit result form until January 10, 2022.
1. Online presentation is recommended basically. Student needs to creat ID of zoom site and make virtual conference room and invite committee members as a host.
2. Students can check their presentation schedule for thesis examination by attachments. (Defense: 30 min. including Q&A in total)
Please let the committee members know the schedule and confirm their attendance. Most of all, the vice chair or professors out of GSIS don't know their schedule. The schedule can be changed by professors.
3. Student for presentation should fill out their information (Name, Thesis Title etc.) on the result form and send it to committee members.
Presentation with a PowerPoint is recommended.
4. If students can’t attend presentation on the date noticed, please arrange the new schedule with committee members and do your thesis defense.
5. Please submit the result form by January 10, 2022.

<2021학년도 2학기 논문 심사(발표) 일정>
* 석사과정 Proposal 및 박사과정 Proposal/Defense의 경우, 위원장/지도교수 책임하에 발표일정을 결정하고, 심사결과를 2022년 1월 10일(월)까지 제출해 주시면 됩니다.
1. 논문심사는 온라인심사를 원칙으로 합니다.
학생들은 zoom 사이트에 호스트로서 ID를 만들고 회의룸을 개설하여 세 분 교수님을 초대하여 발표를 진행하여야 합니다.
2. 첨부된 파일에서 본인의 발표일정을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다. (디펜스: 30분)
본인의 발표일정을 심사위원들께 다시 한번 알려드리고, 참석여부를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
특히, 부위원장이나 국제대학원 이외의 심사자는 발표일정을 알지 못하므로 반드시 일정을 알려드리고, 참석여부를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
발표일정은 심사위원의 부득이한 사정으로 인해 변경될 수 있습니다.
3. 발표자는 결과양식에 본인의 인적사항(이름, 논문제목 등)을 기재하여 교수님들께 전달해주시기 바랍니다.
심사위원들께 배부할 자료가 있으면 준비하시고, 발표는 파워포인트를 이용한 발표를 권장합니다.
4. 학생 본인의 사정으로 인해 해당 시간에 논문 발표가 어려울 경우, 심사위원들과 직접 조율하셔서 일정을 조율하시고 해당 일정에 발표를 진행하시기 바랍니다.
5. 발표결과지는 2022년1월10일까지 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
