■ Application : September 1(Wed.) – September 6(Mon.) for only 6 days (until 5:00 pm)
① Application form (attached 2 copies of photo(3cm*4cm)) : Online Application
* Student should fill out the form and attach your photo on the form and send it to admin. office.(nhjun@snu.ac.kr).
* Student should email your advisory professor and get professor's approval message, and student should forward professor's approval message with your application form to admin. office (nhjun@snu.ac.kr).
* Be sure to put your signature on the application form!
② Original copy of TEPS(TOEFL) score (only when necessary)
A. The 313rd TEPS (test date: September 11, 2021) is available for this qualifying exam.
B. Student who wants to submit TOEFL socre has to submit it until September 30, 2021
for this qualifying exam.
C. TEPS/IBT TOEFL score within 2 years is acceptable.
③ Official Transcript (only when necessary)
Student who has acquired the grade from 2nd Foreign Language course in SNU has to submit the official transcript until September 6, 2021.
④ 2nd Foreign Language Proficiency TEST (only when necessary)
Student who has accredited certification of 2nd Foreign Language Proficiency TEST has to submit it until September 6, 2021.
■ Print out “Exam Number”
- On September 15(Wed), Student needs to print out “Exam Number” before Exam.
- mySNU website (https://my.snu.ac.kr) -> log in -> Graduation -> Apply for Graduation -> Application -> Exam Number Print

[석ㆍ박사학위 논문제출자격시험 시행계획 공고]
2021학년도 2학기 석ㆍ박사학위 논문제출자격시험 시행계획을 다음과 같이 공고합니다.
■ 응시자격

12학점 이상 취득하고 이번 학기를 포함하여 2학기 이상 등록한 자 (휴학생 가능) |

■ 응시원서 교부 및 접수
(1) 교부 및 접수기간: 2021.9.1.(수) - 9.6.(월), 6일간 (마감일 오후 5:00까지)
(2) 교부 및 접수장소: 온라인 접수
(3) 제출서류
① 응시원서(소정양식), 사진2매(3*4cm)부착
- 응시원서를 작성하여 이메일(nhjun@snu.ac.kr)로 오후 5시까지 제출
- 지도교수님께 이메일로 승인을 받아, 응시원서와 함께 행정실에 이메일로 제출함(nhjun@snu.ac.kr)
* 응시원서에 반드시 본인 서명 추가 후 제출해야 함
② TEPS(TOEFL) 성적표(해당자만)
- 313회 텝스 시험(시험일: 2021.9.11./성적확인:2021.9.24.)까지 성적제출 가능함
- 토플성적 제출자는 9월 30일까지 성적표 제출 가능함.
- 논문제출자격시험 시행일 기준 2년 이내 성적만 유효함.
③ 성적표 제출(해당자만)
-제2외국어관련 과목을 이수하여 제2외국어시험을 면제받고자 하는 지원자는 본인의
성적표를 출력하여 접수기간(-9/6까지) 중 제출
④ 제2외국어 공인인증시험 확인서(해당자만)
- 제2외국어 공인인증시험으로 제2외국어시험을 대체하고자 하는 지원자는 공인인증시험
확인서를 접수기간(-9/6까지) 중 제출
■ 수험표 출력 : 2021. 9. 15.(수)
- 서울대학교 포털사이트에 접속하여 수험표를 출력하고, 수험번호를 반드시 확인하여야 한다.
- 포털사이트 접속(https://my.snu.ac.kr) ->로그인->졸업->졸업시험신청->수험표 출력
