- (행정명령기간) 감염병 위기 "경계" 이상 단계에서 행정명령권자(보건복지부장관, 질병관리
청장, 시?도지사 또는 시장?군수?구청장)가 필요하다고 인정하는 기간
- (과태료부과 계도기간) 계도기간 1개월 부여 (~ '20. 11. 12)
- (과태료 금액) 위반당사자 10만원 이하 및 관리·운영자 300만원 이하
- (마스크 종류) KF94, KF80, KF-AD(비말차단), 수술용 마스크, 입과 코를 가릴 수 있는 천(면)
마스크, 일회용 마스크
※ 망사형 마스크, 밸브형 마스크, 스카프 등의 옷가지로 얼굴을 가리는 것은 마스크 착용으로 인정하지 않음
- (착용법) 마스크를 착용하지 않거나 입과 코를 완전히 가리도록 착용하지 않은 경우 마스크 착용으로 인정하지 않으며, 과태료 부과 대상이 됨
○ The Administrative Order & the Target and Period of Fine
- (Applicable law) Article 49 (Prevention act for infectious disease), Article 83 (Fines) of the
- (Applicable period) During the level of “Warning” of infectious disease crisis, a period deemed necessary by those who have authority in executive order (the Minister of Health and Welfare, Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Mayor, Governor, the Head of a Gu)
- (A grace period) A grace period until 12th of November 2020 will be given prior to the levy of fines
- (Fine) Persons who are in violation to this administrative order may be subject to a fine of up to KRW 100,000 (the said person) or KRW 3,000,000 (supervisor, administrator).
- (Types of Face Mask) KF94, KF80, KF-AD (Anti Droplet), Dental/Surgical masks, Face masks which covers both your eyes and nose, or Disposable masks
※ Mesh-type mask. Valve-type mask, or clothes (e.g. scarf, muffler) do not count as a mask. You must wear a mask among the “Types of Mask” listed.
- (Wearing Mask) Persons who do not wear a mask or have not covered their eyes and nose completely, are not counted and will be subject to a fine.
