[GSIS] 수도권 방역조치 강화 및 사회적 거리두기 격상에 따른 국제대학원 출입통제 강화조치 안내
국제대학원 학생 여러분께
최근 수도권의 코로나19 감염 확산에 따라 지난 8월 19일(수)부터 서울 경기지역 사회적 거리두기가 2단계로 격상되었고, 이와 더불어 오늘 8월 21일(금) 00시부터 8월 30일(일) 24:00까지 서울시는 10인 이상의 모든 집회를 전면 금지하였습니다.
이와 같은 코로나19의 확산세가 이어짐에 따라 우리 국제대학원의 출입통제도 다음과 같이 강화하여 우리 구성원들을 보호하고 나아가 학교 및 사회적 확산 방지에 동참하려고 합니다.
1. 외부인 출입통제 강화
- 출입 지문등록이 된 국제대학원 구성원을 제외한 외부인의 출입을 엄격히 통제합니다.
- 현재 우리 대학원은 140-1동 및 140-2동 출입구를 폐쇄하고 140동 주출입구만 운영하여, 구성원들은 지문등록으로 출입하고 외부인은 출입요청 시 반드시 마스크 착용, 체온 측정 및 문진표 작성으로 관리하고 있습니다. 출입통제 강화기간 동안은 이와 더불어 외부인 방문 시 방문하려는 국제대학원 구성원의 동행 하에 출입할 수 있도록 합니다.
※ 학위수여식으로 인한 외부인 방문 또한 반드시 국제대학원 졸업생 동행 하에 출입 (마스크 착용, 체온 측정, 문진표 작성 필수)
- 택배, 음식 배달 등의 인원은 건물 내로 출입하지 않고 수령인이 현관에서 수령할 수 있도록 합니다. (수령인이 직접 수령할 수 없는 경우 경비실 보관)
※ 시설 보수 및 기술적인 설치가 필요한 업체인력 제외
- 국제학도서관 도서 반납 등도 외부인의 경우 도서관 담당자와 연락하여 현관에서 반납할 수 있도록 합니다.
- 카페드림 이용자의 화장실 이용을 위한 국제대학원 출입 또한 금지합니다.
2. 구성원 전원 실내 마스크 착용 의무화
- 구성원 전원은 건물 출입 시 반드시 마스크를 착용하고, 실내에서도 마스크 착용을 의무화합니다.
◆ 출입통제 강화조치 기간: 2020. 8. 21.(금) ~ 8. 30.(일)
※ 8. 30.(일)까지를 상정하여 조치를 실시하되, 추후 감염 확산 상황 및 정부방역 시책에 맞추어 기간 연장 가능
출입 통제 강화조치 안내사항은 각 담당자 연락처와 함께 주출입구에 부착하여 구성원의 이해를 돕고 외부인의 불편을 최소화하도록 노력하겠습니다.
다소 우리의 생활이 불편해지고, 마음이 무거워지는 결정이지만, 코로나19의 확산을 저지하고 보다 빠른 일상의 회복을 위해 너그러운 마음으로 협조해주시길 부탁 드립니다.

[GSIS Announcement] Guidance on access control to GSIS followed by the Enhanced Distancing Rules (Level 2) in the Seoul Metropolitan Region (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) (“SMR”)
Dear GSIS students,
Since August 19 (Wed), the Social Distancing Rules in the Seoul Metropolitan Region have been upgraded to Level 2 due to the recent spread of COVID-19 in the region. The Seoul Metropolitan Government banns gatherings and rallies of more than 10 people from August 21st (00:00) to August 30th (24:00).
To protect the members of our community and prevent the spread of the virus, GSIS further strengthens the access control as the followings:
1. Entry Restrictions on Non-members of GSIS
- For non-members of GSIS (those who do not have registered fingerprints for entry), any access to GSIS is highly restricted.
- While non-members of GSIS were allowed to enter the building with face-mask after conducting temperature checks and filling out the questionnaire, they can enter only accompanied by the members of GSIS during the entry restriction period.
※ Visitors for GSIS Commencement can enter the building, but only accompanied by the graduates with face-mask after conducting temperature checks and filling out the questionnaire.
- People related to the delivery service (e.g., letters, packages or food) are not allowed to enter the building. Recipients should pick up these delivery items at the main entrance (If recipients are unable to pick them up in person, please ask the delivery service to drop them off at the security office).
※ Only exceptions will be applicable for technical staffs and service persons who are in charge of facility maintenance and repair.
- Non-members who need to return books to the IS library must contact librarians and return the books at the main entrance of the building.
- Café Dream customers are also prohibited from entering GSIS to use toilets.
2. Wearing face masks inside the GSIS Building
- All members of GSIS must wear a face mask when entering the building. It is compulsory to wear it while staying inside the building.

※ The dates are subject to change depending on the further spread of the virus and the government’s health and safety protocols.
This guidance will be attached on the main entrance of the building with contact information.
