[Presentation Schedule for Thesis Examination (Defense/ Proposal), Spring of 2020]
*Doctoral students have to decide the schedule for their presentation with committee members and need to submit result form until July 13, 2020.
1. Students need to answer the questions sheet about COVID-19 for Thesis Examination.
Students will receive questions sheet through Google survey before thesis examination. Also, students need to put on mask during presentation and Please use a hand sanitizer frequently.
2. If student has a fever or symptoms related COVID-19 infection, he or she cannot have presentation, and please contact his or her advisor for consultation. Please organize another presentation schedule later, or have presentation by online.
3. Students can check their presentation schedule for thesis examination by attachments. (Defense: 30 min./ Proposal: 15 min.)
Please let the committee members know the schedule and confirm their attendance. The schedule can be changed by professors.
4. If student is in abroad and student can’t attend presentation in classroom, student can attend presentation by online. (zoom or skype etc.) In that case, please contact your advisory professor for consultation in advance.
5. Student should fill out their information (Name, Thesis Title etc.) on the result form and take it to the presentation room.
6. Student of 'Individual Schedule' should organize the presentation schedule with three committee members. Please contact your advisory professor first. If the presentation schedule is decided, student should reserve the presentation room at admin. office. (Or student can attend by online (zoom or skype etc.).

<2020학년도 1학기 논문 심사(발표) 일정>
* 박사과정의 경우, 위원장의 책임하에 발표일정을 결정하고, 심사결과를 7/13(월)까지 제출해 주시면 됩니다.
1. 논문심사 대상자는 심사 전까지 이메일로 수신되는 COVID-19관련 문진표를 작성하여야 합니다. 또한, 논문발표시 마스크를 반드시 착용하여 주시고, 수시로 손 소독제를 이용하여 소독해 주시기 바랍니다.
2. COVID-19 관련 발열이나 의심증상이 있을 경우, 심사를 받을 수 없으며, 반드시 지도교수님께 말씀드리시고 상의하시기 바랍니다. 증상이 완화된 후 추가의 일정을 결정하여 심사를 받거나, 비대면으로 심사를 진행할 수 있으므로 지도교수님과 상의하시기 바랍니다.
3. 첨부된 파일에서 본인의 발표일정을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다. (디펜스: 30분/ 프로포절: 15분) 본인의 발표일정을 심사위원들께 다시 한번 알려드리고, 참석여부를 확인하시기 바랍니다. 발표일정은 심사위원의 부득이한 사정으로 인해 변경될 수 있습니다.
4. 학생이 해외에 있어 발표에 참석할 수 없는 경우, 온라인(zoom, skype 등)으로 참여하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 반드시 사전에 지도교수님께 상의하시기 바랍니다.
5. 발표자는 결과양식에 본인의 인적사항(이름, 논문제목 등)을 기재하여 발표장소에 반드시 지참하여야 합니다.
6. 'Individual Schedule(별도일정)' 로 표기된 학생은 세 분 심사위원과 상의하여 심사일정을 별도로 정하여 발표를 시행하기 바랍니다. 우선 지도교수님과 상의하시기 바랍니다. 심사일정이 결정되면, 해당 강의실을 예약하시기 바랍니다. (또는 온라인(Zoom, Skype 등)으로 심사가 가능합니다.)
