? 본 공지는 현재 생활관에 거주하고 있는 2019학년도 입주자들을 대상으로 하는 퇴거절차 안내입니다. 현재 생활관에 거주하고 있는 자는 2020학년도 거주 여부와 상관없이 모두 퇴거 신청을 하여야 합니다. 아래 내용 중 본인에게 해당하는 내용을 참고하여 지정된 절차에 따라 퇴거하시기 바랍니다. ? 공지문을 숙지하지 못하여 발생하는 사항에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있음을 유의하시기 바랍니다. |
This notice is about the move-out procedure for all residents who are currently residing in Gwanak Residence Hall. All residents have to move out regardless of whether they will reside in next semester (2020). Please refer to the instructions below and follow the procedure to move out within designated period.
Residents must thoroughly read and understand the information notified. Please note that all responsibility is your own for incidents occurring from not reading the notice.
? 대상 및 일정 Subject and Schedule
가. 대상
- 완전퇴거자: 2020학년도 1학기에 생활관에 거주하지 않고 퇴거할 예정인 자
- 동간이동자: 현재 생활관 거주자 중 2020학년도 1학기에 배정 받은 다른 호실로 입주할 예정인 자
- 방고정자: 현재 생활관 거주자 중 2020학년도 1학기에 동일한 호실을 배정 받아 그대로 거주하는 자
A. Subject
- Complete Move-out: Those who will move out without residing in for the first semester of 2020.
- Move-out (between different buildings): Those who will reside in different building for the 1st semester of 2020.
- Move-out (Same room): Those who will reside in the same room for the 1st semester of 2020.
나. 공식 퇴거 및 입주 일정
- 퇴거신청: ~ 2020. 2. 21(금) 까지
- 퇴 거: 2020. 2. 28(금) 9:00~17:00 (회의시간 12~13시 제외)
- 동간이동: 2020. 3. 7(토) 9:00~12:00
- 신규입주: 2020. 3. 7(토) 13:00~18:00,
2020. 3. 8(일) 9:00~18:00
※ 공식 퇴거일 이전에도 호실 점검 후 퇴거 가능 (평일 19:00~23:00, 각 동 조교실)
B. Official Move-Out and Move-In Date
- Apply for Move-out: ~ 2020. 2. 21 (Fri)
- Move-out: 2020. 2. 28 (Fri) 9:00~17:00 (Not available from 12-13)
- Move to different buildings: 2020. 3. 7 (Sat) 9:00~12:00
- Newly moving in: 2020. 3. 7 (Sat) 13:00~18:00
2020. 3. 8 (Sun) 9:00~18:00
※ It is possible for residents to move out before the official move-out date (weekday 19:00~23:00 RA Office of each building)
다. 호실점검 일정 (상세 일정은 동별로 상이. 자세한 사항은 호실점검 공지 참조)
- 시설점검: 2. 3(월) ~ 2. 14(금) 9:00~18:00
- 청소점검(1차): 2. 17(월) ~ 2. 21(금) 19:00~23:00
- 청소점검(최종): 2. 24(월) ~ 2. 26(수) 19:00~23:00
C. Room Inspection Schedule (Each building has different schedule in detail, so please refer to the official notice for room inspection for more detailed information)
- Checking facilities: 2.3 (Mon) ~ 2. 14 (Fri) 9:00~18:00
- Checking room cleanliness (1st): 2. 17 (Mon) ~ 2. 21 (Fri) 19:00 ~ 23:00
- Checking room cleanliness (Final): 2. 24 (Mon) ~ 2. 26 (Wed) 19:00~23:00
? 절차 Procedure
가. 절차: 온라인 퇴거신청 > 호실 청소 > 조교실 방문 > 호실상태 점검 > 비품/카드키 반납 > 퇴거
A. Move-out Procedure: Apply for Move-out Online > Clean the room > Visit RA Office > Room Inspection > Check Facilities & Return Card Key > Move-Out
나. 퇴거 신청 방법 Move-Out Application Procedure
- 포털 로그인 > 학사정보 > 학생생활관 > 관악학생생활관 > 완전퇴거신청
- 모든 입주자는 공식퇴거일인 2.28.(금)로부터 7일 전인 2.21(금)까지 반드시 퇴거신청을 완료하여야 함 (기한 내 퇴거 미신청시 벌점 3점 부과)
- Login mySNU > Academic Affairs > Student Residence Halls > Gwanak Residence Halls > Complete Move-Out Application
- All residence must complete their Move-out Application by Feb 21st which is a week before the official Move-out date (Feb 28th). Those who have not applied for move-out during the designated periods will be considered as trespassing and therefore 3 penalty points will be given.
? 유의사항 Note
- 퇴실 시 호실상태가 불량할 경우 보증금 차감 및 벌점 6점 징계 (공용공간 청소상태는 거주자 공동 책임)
- 공식 퇴거일(2. 28)까지 퇴거하지 않을 경우 무단점거로 간주, 영구퇴거 징계
- 상기 절차를 거치지 않고 퇴거할 경우 입주자로서의 의무를 위반한 행위로 간주, 벌점 3점 징계
※ 퇴거절차 미준수 관련 벌점 부과 대상 행위가 복수일 경우 가중 징계
- If state of the room cleanliness is unsatisfactory, deposit will be deducted and 6 penalty points will be given (residents share responsibility for communal space)
- Those who have not moved out according to the respective move-out date (2.28) will be considered as trepassing and therefore be penalized (permanent eviction and noficiation to department).
- Those who move out without all procedures above will be considered as violating the obligations as a resident, therefore 3 penalty points will be given.
※ Those who violate more than one of the above will be given aggravated punishment.
