2020 Gwanak Student Residence Halls 1st Semester Move-in Notice
■ 본 공지는 2020학년도 1학기 입주 대상자를 위한 입주절차 안내입니다. 관악학생생활관에 입주 예정인 분들은 아래 내용을 참고하여 지정된 절차에 따라 입주하시기 바랍니다.
This is a guideline for residents who are moving in for the spring semester, 2020. Please refer to the following and move-in according to the designated procedures.
■ 공지문을 숙지하지 못하여 발생하는 사항에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있음을 유의하시기 바랍니다.
Please note that residents will be resposible for any issue that arises from not being aware of the following.
? 대상 및 일정 Candidates and Schedule
가. 대상
- 2020학년도 1학기에 새로 생활관에 입주할 예정인 자 (신규입주자)
- 현재 생활관 거주자 중 2020학년도 1학기에 배정 받은 다른 호실로 입주할 예정인 자 (동간이동자)
- 현재 생활관 거주자 중 2020학년도 1학기에 동일한 호실을 배정 받아 그대로 거주하는 자 (방고정자)
A. Candidates
- New residents: Newcomers who are going to move-in and live in the 1st semester of 2020.
- Room-transferring: Current residents who are moving to another room for the 1st semester of 2020.
- Non-transferring: Current residents who are staying in the same room for the 1st semester of 2020.
나. 공식 입주 일정
- 동간이동: 2020. 3. 7(토) 9:00~12:00
- 신규입주: 2020. 3. 7(토) 13:00~18:00, 3. 8(일) 9:00~18:00
- 방고정자: 2020. 3. 8(일) 9:00~18:00
※ 조기입주 불가. 공식 입주일 이후 입주는 동조교 근무시간 (평일 19:00~23:00) 중 가능
※ 신종 코로나 바이러스 감염증 예방을 위해 중국 방문자는 대한민국 입국일로부터 14일이 경과한 이후 생활관 입주 가능
B. Official Move-in Schedule
- Room transferring: 2020. 3. 7 (Sat) 9:00~12:00
- Move-in: 2020. 3. 7 (Sat) 13:00~18:00, 3. 8 (Sun) 9:00~18:00
- Non-transferring: 2020. 3. 8 (Sun) 9:00~18:00
※ Early move-in before the schedule is not permitted. Residents who plan on moving in after the above schedule need to contact their RA office during working hours (Weekdays 19:00~23:00)
※ In order to prevent novel coronavirus infection, residents who invited China can move in to Residence Halls 14 days after the date of entry to Korea.
? 절차 Procedure
가. 신규 입주자, 동간이동자
- 온라인 오리엔테이션 이수 > 동조교실 방문 > 신분증 확인 > 입주 서류 작성 > 출입권한 등록 > 호실 출입 후 및 비품 상태 확인 > 온라인 비품점검표 작성 및 전송
A. Newcommer and Room transferring Residents
- Complete "Online Orientation" > Visit RA Office > Identity check > Fill out documents > Receive cardkey and resgister hand pattern > Enter room and check condition > Complete "Online Items Checklist" and submit online
나. 방고정자
- 온라인 오리엔테이션 이수 > 동조교실 연락 > 입주 서류 작성 > 비품 상태 확인 > 온라인 비품점검표 작성 및 전송
B. Non-transferring Residents
- Complete "Online Orientation" > Contact TA > Fill out documents > Check room condition > Complete "Online Items Checklist" and submit online
? 입주 유의사항 Move-in Procedure
가. 입주 절차 준수
- 상기 절차를 준수하지 않거나 조교실을 방문하지 않고 무단 입주할 경우 징계 조치
- 공식 입주일 이후 입주할 경우 반드시 사전에 담당 동조교에게 연락하여야 함(평일 19시~23시)

A. Move-in procedure
- Residents who move-in without abiding by the procedures and do not meet the RA will be considered trespassing and will be penalized.
- Residents who plan to move-in after the official move-in period must contact the RA in advance (Weekdays 19:00~23:00)

나. 온라인 비품점검표 작성 및 제출
- 온라인 비품점검표는 입주일로부터 5일 이내에 전송하여야 함. 미제출 시 징계 조치
- 이상 있는 시설/비품은 반드시 온라인 비품점검표에 체크한 후 전송하여야 함
(퇴거 시 대조하여 본인 과실 여부 판단 및 비용 청구에 대한 근거 자료로 사용됨)
- 입주 후 호실 내 시설/비품에 이상이 있을 경우, 5일 이내에 생활관 홈페이지 ‘민원/수리접수’ 게시판에 신고하여 처리 받아야 함
(생활관 홈페이지 > 학생생활관 > 민원/수리접수, 비품점검표 제출과 별도 신고)
- 입주일로부터 5일 이후 시설/비품에 문제가 발생할 경우 본인이 수리비용을 부담하여야 함
B. Fill out and submit Online Item Checklist
- Residents must fill out the “Online Items Checklist” within 5 days of moving-in. Residents will be penalized for failing to do so.
- Residents must check any problems with equipment/facility on the “Online Item Checklist“
(The checklist will be used to find who is responsible and will pay for damages)
- Residents who find any problems with the equipment/facility must apply for repairs within 5 days of moving-in by visiting the GRH homepage then go to the “Opinions/Repair Request” and report the problem on the bulletin
(Visit GRH homepage>Student Residence Halls>Opinions/Repair Request(Student), it must be filled out even if is listed on the “Online Item Checklist“)
- The resident must pay for equipment/facility damages after 5 days since the move-in date.
다. 기타
- 입주 전 반드시 ‘입주편지(담당 동조교가 입주자 개별 이메일로 2월 3주차에 발송)’를 숙지하여야 함.
- 입주편지를 받지 못할 경우 입주 예정 동 조교에게 문의할 것
- 지정된 기간 내에 온라인 오리엔테이션을 이수하여야 함. 미이수시 징계 조치(입주편지 참조)
- 공식 입주일에는 도로 혼잡으로 차량 진입이 통제될 수 있음(입주편지 참조)
- 개인물품(침구류, 세면도구 등)은 입주자 본인이 준비. 전기기구는 허가물품 외 반입 금지(입주편지 참조)
C. Additional Information
- All residents must read the "Move-in Letter" (sent via e-mail by RA no later than last week of February) thoroughly before moving in.
- Residents who have not received the "Move-in Letter" must contact their RA.
- Residents must also complete the “Online Orientation” during the designated period. Failure to pass the orientation will result in disciplinary action.
- Traffic may be regulated in some areas of the GRH during the official move-in dates.
- Personal items (bedding, toiletries, etc.) must be prepared by the resident. Only approved electrical devices can be brought in (Check e-mail for 2020 1st Semester Resident Notice).
? 입주포기 및 환불 Move-in Cancellation and Refund
가. 대상
- 2020학년도 1학기 생활관 등록을 완료한 자로, 공식 입주일 전에 입주를 포기하고자 하는 자
(입주를 하지 않고 관리비와 보증금을 환불받고자 하는 자)
※ 입주절차를 진행하지 않은 자만 해당
A. Candidates
- Residents who have completed their registration for their residency during the 1st semester of 2020, but decides not to move-in before the move-in schedule
(i.e. Residents who want to receive their deposit and dormitory fee before moving-in)
※ This only applies to residents who have not completed the move-in procedure
나. 신청 절차
- 포털 마이스누(mySNU) 접속 > 학사정보 > 학생생활관 > 관악학생생활관 > 입주포기신청
※ 3.8(일) 이후 아직 입주하지 않은 상태에서 입주를 포기하고자 하는 자는 행정실(880-5401)로 문의
B. Procedure
- Log into mySNU Portal > Academic Affairs > Dormitory > Gwanak Residence Halls > Residency Cancel Application > Fill out form > Apply
※ Residents who do not move-in by 3.8(Sun) and decide not to move-in contact the Administrative Office(02-880-5401).
다. 환불기준
- ~ 3. 6(금): 납부금액의 100% 환불
- 3. 7(토) ~ : 신청일자에 따라 환불금액 상이(생활관 홈페이지 ‘환불안내’ 항목 참조)
C. Refund Criteria
- Until 3. 6(Fri): 100% Refund
- From 3. 7(Sat) onwards: Refund amount will differ according to the application date. Refer to the ‘Refund’ category on the GRH website for more details.
라. 유의사항
- 입주절차를 완료한 후에는 입주포기 신청이 불가함.
- 입주 후 퇴거하고자 하는 경우 퇴거하고자 하는 날로부터 7일 전까지 퇴거신청을 하여야 함
D. Notes
- Residency cancellation after moving-in is not allowed.
- Residents who want to move-out after moving-in need to apply for move-out 7 days earlier from the intended move-out date.
