2018 Fall Semester Tuition Fee Payment / 2018학년도 제2학기 등록금 납부안내

All enrolled students, returning and readmitted graduate students

Students need to pay the tuition for the Fall Semester of 2018 according to the following instructions:

1. Period: August 27 (M) ~ August 31 (F) (09:00 ~ 17:00)
*Additional Period: September 10 (M) ~ September 12 (W) (09:00 ~ 17:00)
*Final Period: September 21 (F) ~ September 28 (F) (09:00 ~ 17:00)
 

2. How to pay the tuition:

1) Payments can be made at all local banks. However, students making payments at banks other than Nonghyup, Shinhan Bank, and Woori Bank will be subject to service charges.

2) It is possible to pay the tuition fee by credit card. However, only Nonghyup BC card, Nonghyup NH Card, Shinhan Card, and Woori cards are acceptable. 

(1) Go the Nonghyup, Shinhan Bank or Woori Bank in person to pay by credit card 

(2) Go to the homepage of Nonghyup, Shinhan Bank or Woori Bank to pay online: 

 * Interest charges may be applicable depending on the bank used and the credit cards' repayment plan chosen. Note that the entire tuition fee will be billed to your credit card immediately. 

 ※ Be sure to confirm details with your bank before paying with your credit card. 

 ※ Cancellation of the credit card payment can be made only on the day of payment. Change of installments after payment is not permitted.  

3) Payment can be made via Internet banking, phone banking, ATM transfers, and teller transactions.  

Your bank may charge you fees for these types of payment but SNU does not. 

 

3. Tuition Payment Bill Printout 
1) The bill is printable only after 09:00 August 20 (M)
*Additional period: only after 09:00 September 6 (T)
*Final period: only after 09:00 September 19 (W)

2) Login to https://shine.snu.ac.kr/gojiseoindex.html

Enter your Student ID Number (학번), Alien Registration Number* (주민등록번호), and your name in Korean (성명), and Click the "로그인" button. On the next page, click the "출력" button (Tuition Fees / 등록금)

 * Alien Registration Number: If you do not have the number, enter your 'Date of Birth (--yymmdd)'  and either '1000000' for male students or '2000000' for female students. For example, if you  are a female born on 17/12/1985, you would input 851217-2000000. 

 

 4. Confirmation of Education Expense Payment (the receipt) is available after your payment.

  - To verify that your payment was received, go to the mySNU web site (http://my.snu.ac.kr) and click on "등록금납부확인서" (CEEP) → "등록금납부확인서 출력(일반 재학생)" (CEEP Printout).

 ※ Students who have taken courses more than 4 semesters do not register for classes (0 credit), they will not be considered registered.

APPLICATION FOR TUITION PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENT PLAN

 Enrolled students who need to pay tuition in installments due to financial difficulties can apply to this program.

 The installment plan is only available to students who were enrolled in the previous semester. You can make the installments using any form of acceptable payment (see above for details). 

1. Installment Plan Application Period: August 27 (M) ~ August 30 (T) (09:00 ~ 17:00)
※The application period for the installment plan is only possible until the day before the tuition payment period ends.

 

2. Procedures

1) Login to http://snuhaksa.snu.ac.kr/sdj/Sdjindex.jsp?sys_div=D → Click on "등록금 분납신청" on the left side of the bar and complete the form. 

2) After submitting the application, print out the tuition receipt the next day. If the payment has been adjusted, it means that your application for the installment plan has been accepted.

3. The Amount of Installment Payment: 1/4 of the total tuition 
 

4. Payment Periods 

 * The Bill can be printed out from the day after you applied. 
- 1st round: August 27 (M) ~ August 31 (F) (09:00 ~ 17:00)

- 2nd round: October 24 (W) ~ October 26 (F) (09:00 ~ 17:00)

- 3rd round: November 7 (W) ~ November 9 (F) (09:00 ~ 17:00)

- 4^th round: November 21 (W) ~ November 23 (F) (09:00 ~ 17:00)

 * The students can only take a leave of absence after paying the tuition fee in full  

(All four installments must be paid before submitting the form 'Application for Leave of Absence'). 

? 등록금 납부

○ 수납대상 : 대학(원) 재학생

○ 등록기간 및 고지서 출력

※ 최종등록까지 완납하지 않을 경우 미등록 처리(분납 신청자는 1차분 완납)

※ 수업연한(규정학기)초과자는 수강신청 완료 후에 고지서 출력

※ 학생포털에 은행정보가 입력된 경우에만 등록금고지서발급 가능

○ 수납은행 : 농협은행, 신한은행, 우리은행

○ 납부방법

① 현금 납부

- 가상계좌 납부(인터넷뱅킹, 폰뱅킹, ATM기, 무통장입금) 또는 은행창구 납부

※ 가상계좌번호 예금주명은 학생성명이며, 입금자명은 상관없이 해당계좌로 입금하면 등록완료

- 해당 은행의 홈페이지 및 ATM기계에서 <등록금 납부> 메뉴 이용

② 신용카드 납부 (농협BC카드, 농협NH카드, 신한카드, 우리카드만 가능)

- 농협중앙회, 신한은행, 우리은행 지점 방문하여 창구 납부

- 해당 카드사 홈페이지를 통한 인터넷 결제

※ 우리카드 무이자할부 2～6개월(2018.12.31.까지)

농협카드, 신한카드 무이자할부 3개월(2018.12.31.까지)

- 카드취소는 당일 외에 불가하며, 결제 후 할부기간 변경 등 불가

(타인명의 카드 가능, 법인?체크카드 불가, 신한 BC카드 불가)

○ 주의사항

- 학생회비 납부 희망 시 등록금과 합산하여 일괄 납부

※ 등록금 납부 후에는 농협(서울대 자하연지점)에서 창구 납부만 가능

- 규정학기초과자가 수강 신청을 하지 않을 시(0학점인 경우) 미등록 제적됨

○ 포털 마이스누 개인정보에 등록한 핸드폰번호로 확인메시지 전송

○ 등록금납부확인(http://www.snu.ac.kr/tuition)

○ 납부확인서 확인 및 출력

? 등록금 환불

○ 대상 : 규정학기초과자 학점변경, 복귀생 등록금 인하액, 장학금 변경

(단, 휴학생은 환불 제외)

○ 방법 : 학생 본인이 http://my.snu.ac.kr에 Login 후 ????학사정보???? → ????나의정보???? → 개인정보수정[개인신상정보]에서 은행정보 입력

○ 입력사항 : 예금주(본인), 은행, 계좌번호

 

? 등록금 관련 문의(구내 880국)

○ 등록금 납부 관련 : 재무과(구내전화 : 5107)

○ 장학금, 정부보증학자금대출 관련 : 장학복지과(구내전화 : 5078, 5079)
