Course Registration for 2018 Summer Session

1. Subject
: Current students, Students who are taking a leave of absence, Exchange or visting students who were admitted to SNU

2. Schedule

3. Course Registration
1) Maximum credits for registration: 9 credits
2) At: http://sugang.snu.ac.kr (same as the regular semester)
3) Course Withdrawal
 ① Before the course starts(Jun.15~21): Withdraw the course on-line : Log on at MYSNU → Academic Affairs → Class/Grade → Class → Course Drop (Summer/Winter Session)
 ② After the course starts(Jun.22~Jul.5): Withdraw the course on-line (same as above) by Jun.12 → Print out the form → Receive the signature from the lecturing professor → Submit it to the GSIS administration office (140-1, #302)
 ③ Submission Deadline for Course Withdrawal Form: Jul.12(W) 17:00

4. Tuition Fee
- Theory courses(3-3-0): 40,500 KRW per credit
- Practical courses(3-2-2): 45,500 KRW per credit
(There would be surcharge on lessons which use an outside facility such as bowling, swimming, etc.)

5. Tuition Bill Printing and Payment
1) Period: May 30.(W) ~ Jun. 4.(M)
2) Bank: Any bank (Payment at the bank counter: 09:00 ~ 16:00, Virtual account payment: 09:00 ~ 17:00)
3) Bill Printing: Log on at MYSNU → Academic Affairs → Tuition → Billing Info → Summer/Winter Session Tuition Bill

6. Announcement of Course Cancellation
1) 1st Cancellation Announcement: May 18(F), 2nd Cancellation Announcement: Jun. 15(F)
2) If the courses you signed up were cancelled, ① request a refund or ② change them into other courses which provide same amount of credits.
 ① How to request for a refund: Apply for it on-line through MYSNU (http://my.snu.ac.kr).
 ② How to change the courses
  * 1st Cancellation Courses: Change them yourselves during Course Change Period. (9:00 ~ 18:00, May 21(M) ~ May 24(R))
  * 2nd Cancellation Courses: Submit the "Tentative Course Registration Form" to the Office of Academic Affairs(학사과) by Jun.19(T).
※ You need to register your bank account information to receive a refund on the tuition.
(MYSNU→ Academic Affairs → My Info → Student Info → Modify Personal Info → Type in a bank account under the Personal Info)

7. Refund on Tuition
- Full refund: Jun.15.(F) ~ Jun.21.(R)
- 2/3 refund: Jun.22.(F) ~ Jul.5(R)
- 1/2 refund: Jul.6(F) ~ Jul.12(R)
- No refund: Jul.13(R)~



2018학년도 하계 계절학기 수강신청 안내

1. 수강자격
: 본교 재학생 및 휴학생, 국내·외 타교생 중 학점교류 승인을 받은 학생
※ 2018년 8월 졸업예정자의 경우, 2018학년도 1학기 등록을 한 경우에만 하계 계절학기 수강 후 졸업이 가능. 휴학 중에 계절수업을 통해 졸업요건을 충족하더라도 졸업 불가능

2. 일정

3. 수강신청
1) 신청가능 학점수: 최대 9학점(국내 타교 학점교류 포함)
2) 방법: 수강신청 사이트(http://sugang.snu.ac.kr)에 로그인하여 강좌검색 후 원하는 과목을 직접 수강신청.
정원이 초과된 강좌를 수강신청해야 할 경우, 해당 과목 담당교수에게 수강가능 여부를 문의한 뒤, 수강신청정정요청서(초안지)를 작성하여 담당교수 서명을 받아 과목 개설학과에 제출
※ 초안지 제출기한
 - 1차: 5.17(목) 17:00까지
 - 2차: 5.28(월) 17:00까지
3) 수강신청 변경: 수강신청 사이트에서 직접 변경
※ 수업료 납부 후에는 교과목 변경이 불가능하며, 폐강된 교과목을 수강신청한 학생은 전액 환불 또는 동일 수업료에 해당하는 타 교과목으로 이동 가능
4) 수강신청 취소
 ① 개강 이전(6.15~6.21.) : 학사정보 → 수업/성적 → 수업 → ‘계절학기수강취소’ 메뉴에서 직접 수강신청 취소 요청 (※ 담당교수 서명 불필요)
 ③ 개강 이후(6.22.~7.5.) : 취소신청 후 출력 가능한 수강신청취소원에 해당 교과목 담당교수의 서명을 받은 후 소속 학과(부) 사무실에 제출

4. 수업료
- 이론 과목: 1학점당 40,500원
- 실험/실습/실기 과목: 1학점당 45,500원
※ 볼링, 수영 등 외부시설을 이용한 수업은 장소 사용요금을 별도 부담할 수 있음

5. 고지서 출력 및 수강료 납부
1) 기간 : 2018. 5. 30.(수) ~ 6. 4.(월)
2) 수납은행 : 전 은행(창구납부 9:00~16:00, 가상계좌납부 9:00~17:00)
3) 고지서 출력 : 포털 mySNU → 학사정보 → 등록 → 고지서/내역조회 → 계절학기고지서

6. 폐강 관련
1) 공지일시 : 1차(5.18.(금)), 2차(6.15.(금))
2) 폐강된 교과목을 수강신청한 경우 전액 환불 또는 동일 수업료에 해당하는 타 교과목으로 변경 가능
 - 환불 : 포털 mySNU → 학사정보 → 나의정보 → 종합정보 → 개인정보수정에 입력된 계좌번호로 자동 환불
   ※ 계좌번호 반드시 입력 요망
 - 변경 : 1차 폐강과목은 수강신청 변경 기간(5.21.~5.24.)에 인터넷으로 직접 변경, 2차 폐강과목은 수강신청정정요청서(초안지)를 6.19.(화)까지 학사과에 제출하여 변경처리
