[Scholarship Application for Fall 2017]
1. Who can apply
1) Those who will be enrolled for fall semester 2017
2) Those who will return for fall semester 2017
2. Period: May 29 (M) ~ June 14 (W)
3. How to apply
- Log in to the SNU Portal (http://my.snu.ac.kr) -> Academic affairs -> Scholarships -> Apply/See status -> Apply for Scholarship -> Select a Scholarship among Available Student Services/Activities -> Fill out the form -> Apply -> Print out the form and get your advisor's signature -> Submit the form to the GSIS administration office (140-1, #302)
4. Submission of reference documents (if applicable)
Those who want to submit reference documents about family finance difficulties, submit them to the GSIS administration office(140-1, #302). Then they will be referred.
- Official document indicating parent-child relationship between the applicant and parents
- Official document of annual income (2016) of both parents
(※ Should be notarized in Korean or English)
5. Note
1) Those who have taken 9 credits or more (except for Dissertation Research) and have received a GPA of 3.3 or higher (3.0 or higher for foreign students) at the previous semester (spring 2017) are eligible to receive a scholarship.
2) Those who don't apply for scholarship are not eligible to receive all scholarships.
3) Those who did not enrolled at the previous semester and plan to return for fall semester 2017 should fill out the attached form and submit it to the GSIS administration office (140-1, #302).
4) Scholarship may be cancelled if the submitted documents are proven to be inaccurate.
6. Result Announcement : at the end of August, 2017

[2017학년도 2학기 장학금 신청 안내]
1. 신청대상
1) 장학금을 받고자 하는 재학생
2) 휴학생 중 직전 학기 미등록자로서 2017학년도 2학기 복학예정자
2. 신청 및 서류제출 기간: 2017. 5. 29.(월) ~ 6. 14.(수)
3. 신청방법
- 포털 마이스누(http://my.snu.ac.kr) 접속-> 학사정보 -> 장학 -> 신청/현황 -> 장학신청 -> 신청가능 목록에서 해당 장학금 선택 -> 신청서 작성 후 신청버튼 클릭 -> 신청서 출력 후 지도교수 서명 받아 국제대학원 행정실(140-1동 302호)로 제출
4. 가계곤란자 소득 증빙서류 제출 (해당자에 한함)
- 서류 제출 여부는 선택사항이며 제출된 경우 장학생 선정자료로 활용됨
- 필요 증빙서류는 아래와 같음
※ 소득관련 증빙을 제출하지 않는 경우 가족관계증명서 또한 제출할 필요 없음
5. 유의사항
1) 장학생 선정을 위해서는 직전 학기(2017-1학기) 취득학점이 9학점 이상(대학원 논문연구 제외)이어야 하며, 평균평점이 3.3 (외국인은 3.0) 이상이어야 함
2) 장학금 신청을 하지 않은 학생은 교내·외 모든 장학금 선정 대상에서 제외됨
3) 이전 학기 미등록자로 2017학년도 2학기 복학예정자의 경우 첨부의 "장학선정신청서"를 작성하여 국제대학원 행정실(140-1동 302호)로 제출
4) 제출내용에 사실과 다른 점이 발견될 경우 장학생 선정 이후라도 선정 및 장학금 지급이 취소될 수 있음
6. 결과 발표: 2017년 8월 말 (선정자에게 이메일로 개별통지 예정)

(복학예정자의 경우에만 본 서식을 작성하고, 재학생은 포털 마이스누에서 온라인 신청 후 입력된 신청서를 출력)
