2016 Summer, Course Registration Schedule.

1. Preliminary trial period for course registration: 4.27(W) ~ 4.29(F), 09:00 ~ 18:00

2. Course Registration

      5. 9(M) ~ 5.10(T) 08:00 ~ 18:00
      5. 11(W) ~ 5.13(F), 09:00 ~ 18:00
   
3. Course Change Period: 5.18(W) ~ 5.20(F), 09:00 ~ 18:00
    Can print out tuition bill from 5.30(W) ~ 6.3(F) 

4. Cancellation of Courses

full fee refund: 6.14(T) ~ 6.20.(M)
2/3 fee refund: 6.21(T) ~ 7.4(M)
1/2 fee refund: 7.5(T) ~ 7.11(M)

 

5. Submission Deadline for course changing document: 5.20(F) 17:00


6. Maximum credits for summer registration: 9 credits


7. Course Withdrawal

①  Before the course starts(6.14. ~ 6.20.): Withdraw the course through On-Line : http://my.snu.ac.kr Sign in → Academic Affairs → Class/Grade → Class → Course Drop(Summer/Winter Session)

② After the course starts(6.21. ~ 7.11.): Withdraw the course through On-Line (same as above) → Print out → Receive signature from the lecturing professor → Submit it to the GSIS administration office by the deadline of course withdrawal(7.11.).

After payment for courses, it is not possible to change the course into other courses. For the courses which have been cancelled by department, there will be full refund or one can change to other courses which provide same amount of credits.

 
 8. Tuition Fee

① Theory courses: 40,500 per credit

② Practical courses: 45,500 per credit
(There is surcharge on lessons which use an outside facility such as bowling, swimming, etc.)

9. Tuition bill printing and Payment

①     Period:  2016.5.30(M) ~ 6.3(F)

② Bank: Any bank (Payment at the bank counter: 09:00 ~ 16:00, Virtual account payment: 09:00 ~ 17:00)

③ Bill printing: MySnu (http://my.snu.ac.kr)
    ※ Sign in → Academic Affairs → Tuition → Billing Info → Summer/Winter Session Tuition Bill

10. Announcement of Course Cancelation

① Period: 1st : 5.17(T), 2nd : 6.8.(W)

② In case you registered for cancelled courses, request refund or change to other courses which provide same amount of credits..

- Change of course: change it yourselves during course change period

- Request for refund: Request refund through online

* How to Register your bank account: MySnu → Academic Affairs → My Info → Student Info → Modify Personal Info → Type in a bank account under the Personal Info
