2. How to Apply:
Login to the SNU Portal (http://my.snu.ac.kr) → click on "학사정보" (Academic Affairs) at the top of the screen → click on "등록" (Tuition) on the menu on left-hand side of the screen → click on "분납/환불신청" (Installment Payment/Refund) below "등록" (Tuition) → click on "연구생환불신청" (Apply for Refund (Research Student)) below "분납/환불신청" (Installment Payment/Refund)
