Course Registraion for Fall Semester 2015
* Those who earned less than 9 credits (excluding "Dissertation Research") will be excluded from scholarship beneficiary since Fall semester 2015. (Those who earned 9 credits can be awarded scholarship.)

3. Procedures Thoroughly going through Course Information Book and Official notices --> Consult with your advisory professor --> Register by yourself through internet

5. Directions
A. You must type security codes before class registration in order to proceed the registration process.
- After typing in the security codes, sent by certifying text, you have to click course registration (수강신청) in order to proceed the registration process. If you fail to type in correct security codes more than 5 times, you will be automatically logged out from the system.
B. If you don't take the procedures for semester enrollment, regardless of successful course registration, all the registered-course information will be deleted later and no grades will be yielded.
- Those who are scheduled to return next semester can try registering the courses, you must go through the procedure for returning.
C. You must register courses by yourself through internet after consulting with your advisory professor in advance of course registration. (You don't need to submit "course registration form(수강신청초안지)” to Admin. Office)
- In case that you wish to re-take a course or take a double-titled course (with * mark in front of the course title: e.g. *8753.816), you must be extra cautious. You will be responsible for all the problems occurred regarding the course selection.
- In case the course number is the same but the title is different, if the courses have a star mark(*), you can take both courses and can get the credit. ex.) A student took *8753.594 Seminar on Area Studies (East Asia in the Modern World) in 2014 fall semester, and took *8753.594 Seminar on Area Studies (Asia and the World) in 2014 spring semester, He or she can get 6 credits.
- If a foreign student have a problem in registering for the courses please feel free to visit the GSIS Admin Office.
D. How to change the password : Access “http://my.snu.ac.kr) and log-in → Click “학사행정” → Click “개인정보” → Click “기본인적” → Click the button, “수정”(on the upper-right side of the screen) → Type the new password
E. In case that you wish to take undergraduate courses or the other graduate courses, please consult with your advisory professor before the course registration.
F. Make sure to submit tentative course registration(change) form to GSIS office from 9 AM to 4 PM on 8th September(Tue.) (Cannot submit the form before 8th September. Only on 8th September.)

2015학년도 2학기 수강신청 안내
* 2015학년도 2학기부터 대학원 논문연구 제외 취득학점 9학점 미만학생은 장학금 수혜대상에서 제외
1. 수강신청 일정 및 대상
※ ‘신입생’은 2015학년도 2학기(9월) 입학자이며, 2015학년도 1학기(3월) 입학자는 재학생에 해당됨. 단, 휴학 등으로 인해 2015학년도 1학기 성적을 미취득한 3월 입학자는 신입생에 해당
2. 장소 : 인터넷이 연결된 컴퓨터
3. 절차 수강편람 및 공고문 숙지 ⇒ 지도교수 및 학과장의 수강지도 ⇒ 인터넷으로 직접 신청
4. 접속요령 : http://sugang.snu.ac.kr ※ 비정상적인 방법으로 수강신청을 시도할 경우는 이후 30분간 접속을 할 수 없으니 참고하시기 바라며, 수강신청 완료 후 즉시 로그아웃하시기 바랍니다.
5. 유의사항
가. 재수강 관련 규정 개정 안내(학부생만 대상, 대학원생은 제외)
- 2006학년도 1학기에 이수한 교과목부터 C+이하 교과목만 재수강할 수 있습니다.
- 2015학년도 1학기에 이수한 교과목부터 재수강 학점 상한을 “A0”로 적용합니다.
단, 2014년 동계계절학기까지 이수한 교과목의 재수강은 교과목당 1회에 한하여 “A+”를 부여받을 수 있고, 2회부터는 최대 상한을 “A0”로 적용합니다.
나. 수강신청하기 전 제시되는 보안문자를 입력하여야 수강신청이 가능하며, 보안문자 5회 입력오류시 자동으로 로그아웃됩니다.
다. 학기당 취득학점에 대하여 소속 대학(학과)에서 수강지도를 받기 바랍니다. 직전 2개 정규학기 취득 평점평균이 3.3이상인 경우 21학점까지 수강신청을 할 수 있습니다. (단, 직전 2개 학기는 계절학기가 포함되지 않으며, 재이수 등으로 조정되지 않은 당해학기 취득성적 기준임)
라. 수업연한초과자의 경우 반드시 1학점 이상 수강신청을 하여야 하며, 수강신청을 하지 않거나 수강취소 후 신청학점이 0학점인 경우 제적처리됩니다.
마. 강의계획서는 서울대학교 포털 마이스누 수강편람에서 열람하시기 바랍니다.
바. 수강편람에 수강정원이 표시된 교과목은 표시된 인원수까지만 신청할 수 있으며, 수강정원이 표시되지 않은 교과목은 수강생 수에 따라 수강정원을 추가 조정할 수 있습니다.
사. 수업시간이 중복되게 수강신청을 할 수 없습니다.
아. 비밀번호 변경 : 서울대학교 포털 마이스누(http://my.snu.ac.kr) 로그인 → 학사행정 → 개인정보 → 기본인적 → 수정 버튼 클릭 → 새 수강 비밀번호 입력
자. 장애 학생은 수강신청시 수강신청요청서(초안지)를 작성하여 장애학생지원센터(880-8787)로 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
차. 개설 교과목 초안지는 행정실에 9월 8일 오전 9시부터 오후 4시 사이에 제출 바랍니다.
(9월 8일 이전에는 제출 불가, 9월 8일 당일에만 제출 가능)
