2015 Summer, Course Registration Schedule.

1. Preliminary trial period for course registration: 4.29(W) ~ 5.1(F), 09:00 ~ 18:00

2. Course Registration

      5. 7(R) ~ 5. 8(F), 08:00 ~ 18:00
      5.11(M) ~ 5.13(W), 09:00 ~ 18:00

3. Course Change Period: 5.20(W) ~ 5.22(F), 09:00 ~ 18:00
    Can print out tuition bill from 5.27(W) only for courses registered by 5.26(T) 15:00

4. Adjusting Period for Courses by Departments

1st: 5.14(R), 09:00 ~ 23:59

2nd: 5.22(F), 09:00 ~ 5.26(T), 15:00

5. Submission Deadline for course changing document: 5.25(M) 17:00

6. Maximum credits for summer registration: 9 credits.

7. Course Withdrawal

① Before the class starts (by June. 21^st (Sunday)) : http://my.snu.ac.kr Sign in → Academic Affairs → Class/Grade → Class → Course Drop(Summer/Winter Session)

② After the class starts (from June. 22^nd (Monday)) : Withdraw the course through On-Line(same as above), then fill out “Tentative Course Registration(Change) Form” and receive signature from the lecturing professor, hand in to the course related department by the deadline of course withdrawal.

※ After payment for courses, it is not possible to change the course into other courses. For the courses which have been canceled by department, there will be full refund or can change to other courses which provides same amount of credits.

 
 8. Tuition Fee

① Theory courses: ?40,500 per credit

② Practical courses: ?45,500 per credit (surcharge for lessons which use an outside facility such as bowling, swimming, etc.)

9. Tuition bill printing and Payment

①     Period:  2015.5.27(W) ~ 6.5(F)

② Bank: Any bank(Payment at the bank counter: 09:00 ~ 16:00, Virtual account payment: 09:00 ~ 17:00)

③ Bill printing: MySnu (http://my.snu.ac.kr)
    ※ Sign in → Academic Affairs → Tuition → Billing Info → Summer/Winter Session Tuition Bill

10. Announcement of course cancelation

① Period: 1^st (5.18(M)), 2^nd (6.10(W))

② In case you registered for canceled courses, request refund or change of course through the course related departments.

- Change of course: change it yourselves during course change period

- Request for refund: Request refund through online

※ In case you did not request for refund by the deadline of withdrawal, it will be refunded by BA department (Only in case you register an account to receive refund)

* Registering an account: MySnu → Academic Affairs → My Info → Student Info → Modify Personal Info → Type in a bank account under the Personal Info

2015학년도 하계계절학기 수강신청기간을 아래와 같이 안내하오니, 참고 바랍니다.

1. 예비수강신청 : 4.29(수) ~ 5.1(금), 09:00 ~ 18:00
           
2. 수강신청기간
        ○ 5. 7(목) ~ 5. 8(금), 08:00 ~ 18:00
        ○ 5.11(월) ~ 5.13(수), 09:00 ~ 18:00
 
3. 수강신청 변경기간 : 5.20(수) ~ 5.22(금), 09:00 ~ 18:00
       

4. 학과 수강신청 조정기간 

        ○ 1차 : 5.14(목), 09:00 ~ 23:59
        ○ 2차 : 5.22(금), 09:00 ~ 5.26(화), 15:00
        ※ 5.26(화) 15시까지 신청된 과목만 5.27(수)부터 고지서 출력 가능

          
5.  초안지 제출 기한: 5.25(월) 17:00
          
6. 수강신청가능학점 : 최대 9학점

7. 수강 취소

① 개강전(6.21(일)까지) : http://my.snu.ac.kr로그인 → 학사행정 → 수업/성적 → 수업 → 계절학기수강취소/환불에서 신청

② 개강후(6.22(월)부터) : 수강취소를 On-Line으로 신청한 후 수강신청취소원을 작성하여 담당교수의 승인을 받은 후 취소마감일까지 소속 학과(부)사무실에 제출함

※ 납부 후에는 교과목 변경불가, 폐강된 교과목은 전액 환불 또는 동일 학점 타강좌로 이동가능

8. 수강료

가. 이론과목: 1학점당 40,500원

나. 실험/실습/실기과목: 1학점당 45,500원(볼링,수영 등 외부시설을 이용한 수업은 장소사용 요금 별도부담)

9. 고지서 출력 및 수강료 납부

가. 기간 : 2014.5.27(수) ~ 6.5(금)

나. 수납은행 : 전 은행(창구납부 : 09:00 ~ 16:00, 가상계좌납부 : 09:00 ~ 17:00)

다. 고지서 출력: 서울대학교 포털 마이스누(http://my.snu.ac.kr)
    ※ 로그인 → 학사행정 → 등록 → 고지서/내역조회 → 계절학기 고지서

10. 폐강 공고

가. 공고일시 : 1차(5.18(월)), 2차(6.10(수))

나. 폐강교과목을 수강신청한 경우 소속학과에서 동일 수강료의 교과목으로 수강 변경 또는 반환요청

- 수강변경 : 수강신청변경 기간에 본인이 직접 변경처리

- 반환요청 : 온라인 취소 절차를 거쳐서 반환요청

※ 취소 마감기간까지 반환요청하지 않을 경우 학사과에서 일괄 반환처리 (단, 환불계좌번호를 등록해야 함)

* 환불계좌번호 등록 : 마이스누 → 학사정보 → 나의정보 → 개인정보수정 → 계좌입력
