The 8th Member of Development Cooperation Policy Program (DCPP) went on a field trip to Seoul City Hall and National Assembly of the Republic of Korea on March 4, 2016.  The twelve (12) members of the students enthusiastically wished to visit the administrative offices of the Korean government. The secretarial office arranged meetings with Seoul city hall government officers to let our students have opportunity to toss around.  The event provided our students, not only an opportunity to study deeply about the relationship between the citizen and the nation, but also how inter-departments of the national assembly is managed.  Since most of our students are government officers of their native country, visiting the national assembly and to have opportunity to talk with the related officers about government management, developing directions, problems to be solved, and to learn how they were solved meant ‘a lot to learn’.
