Amb. Choi talked about how paradigm shifts have been changing the way we live. He pointed out that the increase in size and number of UN Peacekeeping Operations is a natural result of such fundamental paradigm shift on the internatinal level. Amb. Choi also talked about his future mission in Cote-D'Ivoire and shared his personal views on UN Peace Operations with many students.
