We're pleased to inform you that due to popular demand, we're extending the Abstract Submission deadline to 30 August 2019!

Introduction to SEA-HiEd Week


2019 marks the 60th Anniversary of the Regional Centre for Higher Education and development (RIHED), now under the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO). To mark this important milestone, we are organising a special Southeast Asian Higher Education (SEA-HiEd) Week from 11-15 November 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Call for Papers

As part of RIHED's 60th Anniversary Celebrations and SEA-HiEd Week, the RIHED Southeast Asian Higher Education (SEA-HiEd) Inter-Regional Research Symposium will provide an international platform for emerging and leading researchers, academics, educators, graduate students, and interested participants and stakeholders from around the world to explore the current state and future directions of higher education.
