The Yulchon-GSIS Center is organising a special lecture on “the transformation of racial discrimination in modern time”. Guest speaker for this event will be Mr. José Francisco Cali Tzay who has been working for a long time in the UN Committee on the elimination of racial discrimination and is also the director for Human Rights in the ministry of Foreign Affairs in Guatemala.
