Students who register for 4th semester or higher need to submit the one of following forms. (Credit Confirmation/ Non-Completion/ Postpone of Completion)
* Students who want to be recognized for undergraduate course need to submit the form for “Application for Recognition of Undergraduate Course”.
[Course (Credit) Completion]
Expected students who are expecting to complete all coursework by February 2020 must download and fill out the 'Application Form for Credit Confirmation.‘
This form should also be signed by your academic advisor, and submitted to the GSIS Administration Office by January 6, 2020.

[Non-Completion]
For those who are unable to fulfill requirements under the given time frame, please download, complete the 'Non-Completion Confirmation,' and submit to the GSIS Administration Office by January 6, 2020.
[Postpone of Completion]
For those who want to register next semester though they able to fulfill requirements by August 2020, please complete the 'Postpone of Completion of Course' and submit to the GSIS administration office by January 6, 2020.
For those with a GPA of below 3.0 out of 4.3 they can't apply for thesis defense later. They have to submit 'Non-Completion Confirmation' and take courses in next semester for GPA of 3.0 or higher.

[‘수료예정자 이수학점 확인 신청서’ 제출 안내]
4학기 이상 등록자는 아래 서류(이수학점 확인신청서/ 미수료확인서/ 수료유예원) 중 본인에게 해당되는 서류를 하나 반드시 2020년 1월 6일(월)까지 제출하시기 바랍니다.
또한, 학부과목을 수강하고 인정받고자 하는 분은 해당서류를 함께 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
[수료예정자]
2020년 2월 수료 예정자는 첨부 서식 ‘수료 및 학위수여예정자 이수학점 확인 신청서’를 작성하여 학사지도교수의 서명을 받은 뒤 2020년 1월 6일(월)까지 행정실에 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. 홈페이지 (http://gsis.snu.ac.kr -> Academics -> Academic Requirements -> Academic Requirements Downloads) 에서 학번별로 명시된 '국제대학원 교과목 이수규정'을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
[미수료자]
수료 요건을 충족하지 못하는 학생은 '미수료 확인서'를 작성하여 1월 6일(월)까지 제출하시기 바랍니다.
[수료유예자]
수료에 필요한 모든 이수규정을 충족하였음에도 불구하고 (추가의 학점 등을 취득하기 위하여) 다음 학기 등록을 희망하는 학생은 '수료유예원'을 작성하여 1월 6일(월)까지 제출하시기 바랍니다.
* 평점평균 3.0이하의 학생은 추후 논문제출이 불가능합니다. 따라서 '미수료확인서'를 제출하시고, 다음 학기에 등록하여 평점평균 3.0 이상일 경우 수료 및 논문제출이 가능합니다.
