In order to promote better understanding of Economics and improve students' academic performance, the GSIS highly encourages students (incoming for 2019 and students who have entered in September 2018) to take this introductory economic course.

* Please note that the course has a focus on the introduction and discussion regarding trade theory and policy, and the financial policy part will be mainly discussed in the macroeconomic part.
