On September 24th, Professor Cheol-hee, Park of GSIS, who is currently
on sabbathical leave in Japan gave a lecture titled “Regime Change in Japan.”
In his lecture, he mainly talked about the recent regime change in Japan and
the advent of the Hatoyama regime of Japanese Democratic party.
After presenting and analysing the result of the national election,
he also discussed the meaning of Japanese regime change in 50 years and
the future prospects of Japanese politics.
